Our objective is to list high quality properties in all categories of interest which will appeal to the high quality buyers we produce. Most of our top buyers are secured through well-established contacts and referrals. Our best buyer prospects are entered into our exclusive international database of buyers and investors. We alert our members as to various opportunities and highlight relevant marketplace information. Our database has been responsible for 75% of all of our real estate transactions over our history.
Resort Consultants and its affiliates have had a high profile on the Internet since 1997. We advance opportunities via prominent online venues and utilize premium-cost search engine positions. In addition, we prepare monthly general database mailings and select exclusive mailings focusing on a specific property, client or critical regional issue.
We operate on a marketing fee plus commission basis. The modest marketing, or participation fee, helps to off-set a portion of our international marketing expenses and database management. This fee is refunded to you as a credit to our first commission. Our competitive commissions are established based on the scope of our assignment and price points of our clients’ properties.
