The economy of the island of Antigua again has been buoyed by yet another significant newly-proposed project. The Antigua government, headed by Prime Minister, the Hon. Gaston Browne, has just announced the signing of a Memorandum of Agreement for a US $200 million+ new project.
The SunnyHill Group Limited will develop 400 units as part of a world-class complex to be built in four phases. The development will create 1,000 jobs for Antigua and Barbuda: 500 in construction and over 500 in operations and management. The SunnyHill Group spokesman, Dr. El Dakroury also offered that his company has long-term interests toward the prosperity for the people of Antigua and Barbuda.
The SunnyHill Group is a newly formed domestic company founded by Caribbean Trust Immigration Services, a licensed and leading promoter of the Citizenship by Investment Programme of Antigua and Barbuda based in Dubai, UAE, in a joint venture with Stuart Investment Management, a Canadian licensed Investment dealer. With more than twenty years of experience in construction projects, Trust Arabia Contracting, an affiliate of Caribbean Trust Immigration Services will oversee the realization of the project with the best local talents and expertise. Patrick Abikzer, President of Stuart Investment Management, who cosigned the agreement, said his company is inspired by the Honourable Prime Minister’s objective to transform Antigua and Barbuda into an economic powerhouse in the Caribbean.
