Cooper Jack Marina Development Site is a 50-acre marina development parcel located on the south shore of Providenciales. The project site includes a 10-acre marina and 40-acres of buildable land which may include hotel, spa, resort, villas, condos, town homes, and/or residential homes on over eight thousand feet of shoreline. The 80-foot wide entrance channel provides easy unobstructed access and this safe harbor is tucked in the lee of 100-foot Cooper Jack Hill. At present the marina has been dredged to its controlling depth of 9+ feet with 2,100 feet of seawall, cap rail, and 2,100-feet of stone pavers as a walk-way. The site is zoned for high-density tourism related purposes. Additional acreage available.
