Blue Marlin Cove, ideally situated in Bootle Bay, features a gated residency resort with 22 well- appointed 2 bed/2.5 bath units in addition to a great marina. It was designed for family and fishing vacations, with amenities to satisfy everyone’s needs. Occupying almost 4.5 acres, Blue Marlin Cove is comprised of three components: the resort hotel, marina, and a new canal front developable lot and three new oceanfront lots.

Marina

The marina offers premier dockage with 30 slips and 800 feet of perimeter side berth, expandable to 45 slips, including 300 feet of newly added large-span dockage with double 50-amp power for larger vessels. With a depth of 10 feet at mean low tide, along with amenities like a large fish cleaning station, commercial-grade ice house, boat lifts, and personal watercraft lifts, it’s the perfect destination for boating enthusiasts seeking both convenience and luxury.

Resident Resort Amenities

Amenities include a new fuel station, restaurant, lounge, pool, hot tub, poolside tiki bar, kids’ play areas, gift shop, administrative offices, and a caretaker apartment with a 2-car garage, all overseen by full-time onsite security and a live onsite General Manager and Marina Manager.

Recent Improvements

Since its completion in 2007 and opening in early 2008, Blue Marlin Cove has undergone significant development, including land acquisitions, expansion of facilities, and various improvements, with a master plan initiated in 2012 and further expanded between 2017 and 2023, resulting in enhancements to the resort’s channel, marina, restaurant, suites, lobby, pool, and grounds.

Blue Marlin Cove is only three miles from the West End Airport (with customs and immigration services), 63 nautical miles from Palm Beach, Florida and a 30-minute drive from Freeport Harbor and its cruise ship terminal. Grand Bahama International Airport in Freeport located just 45 minutes away offers direct flights to Miami, Ft.
